Chris Noel from Florida received the “Silver Artistic Career Achievement
Award” for her release of, “Matter Of Survival”. Noel, a veteran actress
(appeared in movies with Elvis Presley and Don Johnson among others) and
singer with numerous awards in her past, performed for the crowd, and was
presented a special plaque from the Viet Nam Veterans of America by Fred
Tucker, former Commissioner of Veteran’s Affairs for the State Of
Tennessee. The plaque honored Noel for her work for veterans all across the
United States.
