I heard about the Cold War Recognition Certificate a while
back but never got around to applying for it. While digging through my military
archives recently, I uncovered a paper with information about the certificate that I
printed a couple of years ago. I decided to go ahead and apply for it.
I FAX'd my application to PERSCOM and it took about 6 weeks to get my certificate in the mail:
